Right to object on a case-by-case basis:

4.1.4. Job Applications
A separate Privacy Policy applies to the use of our job portal
We use our own instance of the web analytics service Matomo on our website, an open-source software for the statistical analysis of visitor traffic and user behavior. However, the IP address you transmit is anonymized before being stored, so that the data generated cannot be used to identify you personally. Matomo does not use cookies; instead, it uses a so-called “fingerprint” of the device you are using, which is stored anonymously and changed every 24 hours. Thus, audience measurement and visitor behavior analysis take place, but without the ability to uniquely identify you.
4.2.1 Analysis via Matomo
Data processed: 3 bytes of the IP address of the user’s accessing system, the website visited, the website from which the user accessed the visited webpage (referrer), the subpages accessed from the visited webpage, the duration of the visit to the website, and the frequency of visits to the website
Purpose(s): Analysis of browsing behavior for marketing and optimization purposes
Legal basis(es): Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in analyzing usage data for optimization and marketing purposes (see “Purposes”).
Recipients of the data: Internal departments; processors, if applicable
Objection / Opt-out: As a user, you can object to the analysis process via Matomo (opt-out). To do so, please follow the corresponding link. This will set a technically necessary cookie on your system that signals to us not to store the data anymore. If you delete the cookie in the meantime, you will need to set the opt-out cookie again.
