In April VDM Metals presented its broad product portfolio of nickel alloys and high-alloyed special stainless steels at the international trade fairs Tube & Wire in Dusseldorf and Metal Japan in Tokyo.
Being the world's leading trade fair for wire, cable and tube production, Tube & Wire again proved to be one of the best marketplaces for our heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials.
"We would like to thank all customers and potential buyers who visited our booth, seized the opportunity to get in touch with us or simply picked up some of our new brochures," said Stefan Claus, Senior Vice President Sales.
Last week more than 50 VDM Metals employees from nine countries were on site. They got in touch with customers and potential buyers from the chemical process industry, the oil and gas industry as well as the energy and environmental engineering industry.
Despite a slight decline in visitor numbers, the trade fair was a great success because of many meetings and good discussions at the VDM Metals booth.
VDM Metals furthermore draws a positive conclusion from this year's Metal Japan in Tokyo. The booth was well attended by customers and potential buyers from many Asian countries, including Korea, Taiwan and China P.R. "We had excellent discussions" stresses Eduard Gabric, Managing Director at VDM Metals Japan KK. Hence, VDM Metals thanks all trade fair visitors.
With about 60,000 visitors, the Metal Japan was well attended. Against this background VDM Metals Japan KK is already planning the next exhibition at Metal Japan from 5 April to 7 April 2017. VDM Metals is looking forward to meeting you soon at one of our next exhibitions - perhaps at the World Nuclear Exhibition in Paris in June.
